Can you explain what you did with the rolls in the tray, layered meat and cheese then reheat?

Sorry I missed the question :grin:. I do chicken sliders a bunch. So smoke the chicken and pull it. Then I use hawaiian rolls, add some type of sauce (this was a spicy ranch), layer on chicken, then cheese, foil and throw back in the cooker for another 20-30mins.
