May I have the receipe?

Sure!

Mix
1 cup of yellow cornmeal
1 cup of flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
About 1/4 cup of sugar... this is optional. I usually leave the sugar out.
After mixing the dry ingredients add
1 beaten egg
1 cup of milk

I dip the dogs in flour before dipping in batter.
Also, I like to twirl the corndogs while they fry, for even cooking. So, I only do 2 at a time.
I hope you have great luck with them!
