I managed to take half the day off today. My youngest brother is moving to New Orleans plus there is a "griddle" TD going down so I decided to have a some family time before he takes off on Saturday and enter the TD while I'm at it. I decided on stir fry.
Some of the veggies pre chop
Veggies post chop along with the Asian section of the fridge at my disposal. I've got a bunch of stuff as you can see :becky:
Flap meat was the choice for this cook
Sliced up the meat
Started with the fried rice first
Rice finished
Veggies came next
Then the meat naturally

Served with Shishido (forum won't let me spell it correctly:laugh: There is a T instead of the D) peppers (I love these peppers)
