confused with UDS

[Meat Burner]

I'll reiterate what i learned yesterday......
4 - 1/2 closed nipple's meaning they stick in about a 1/2".....
6# of Rancher charcoal burned 10 hrs in 18* weather at 238* the whole time, actually had about 12 briquette's left when i shut it down!
Long or short, don't know what's better but no complaint's here!!! :wink:

P.S. ran with 1 cap off and ball valve open 1/3..........

Now that's a winner brother!!! Very happy it works so well.:-D
