Well my friends, the health department came out to the commercial kitchen today, everything passed and we have our license for business:wink: I guess now the adventure begins...

Watch your food costs! Higher corn prices and higher gas prices are screwing things up and shrinking profit margins. Hog prices are crazy.
That being said, GOOD Luck!!!
I love the restaurant bus. and American's gotta eat. I help Rest. owners buy better to reduce cost and control quality. Direct to the producer.

If things get a bit 'testy' contact T over in Salt Lake City. He has run a highly rated and popular BBQ restaurant in West Valley City for many years and just moved to a new location closer to downtown SLC. He just reopened (formally) so is very current on issues you may encounter. You can almost always track him down here ........ on the Forum.

T's fairly new (3 months) franchise place down here in St George is doing remarkably well. He is always willing to help ( especially when Q is involved).
