Rotisserie chicken from Sam's. Gluten Dairy free Mac and Cheese from health food store that I promptly added butter, Tillamook cheddar and green chile. Now where'd she hide the Halloween candy

Total kitchen time about 10 minutes, maybe 9

Hot rotisserie from Sam's Club. Was just being placed under lamps.it was quite good. We ate the quarters and oysters, she picked a little tender. May use the remaining today for White Bean Chicken Chili.

Looks very good to me Adams. I have had rotisserie chicken from the food stores. Usually very good. I have a left over in the freezer mixed with gravy- good quick meal. That Mac and Cheese looks fantastic

The local grocers sell rotisserie chicken. Whole, breasts or quarters. They used to offer them with different flavors, like lemon butter and sage. Whole chickens were $4.99 on special.

Now I see them listed at $7.99 or $8.99. One store says $4 if you buy two Reser's sides. That'll be another $7 or so. Times change :sad:
