Hello
I have a Smoke Vault that has not really been cleaned in 5 years of use. The top and sides have thick glazed Crap on it which I assume is creosote?

Any ideas on how to remove this thick stuff? Will a torch and scraper help remove this?

I have found some black crap on some of the food I have been cooking and I assume it is dripping off the top of the smoker.

Thanks for any input
