I live in an apartment complex of 160 units. I do not have access to a water hose etc. to clean my equipment. Yesterday I was prepping to cook and I discovered I could get the gunk off my smokers exterior using #1000 steel wool and 409. The steel wool does no harm to porceilan but I would like a little more grease cutting power. Any suggestions of an over the counter cleaner would be appreciated
