Chuck; 2 ways

Local Kroger had chuck roast for $2.99 lb. Bought several and cooked two this past Saturday.
First; poor man's burnt ends.
These were good. More lean than real burnt ends, but good eating.

#2 pepper stout beef (miller lite instead of stout)
Also left out the jalapenos. Turned out great.
