There were tons of photos that I could not post concerning that paticular cookoff

If all of that was going on outside the bus, what the hell was going on inside?

Loved the Pitts and Spitts Ambulance!

What happens on the bus stays on the bus. Pitts & Spitts has a special photo album for that.

I will probably use the ambulance a time or two for the 2007 cookoff season. It is set up with a keg dispensor and everything.

Here are some pictures of the cookoff we did in Brazoria County. If I remember correctly there were around 135 teams. I took 9th place ribs and 6th place brisket here. It was a lot of fun. Again, Pitts & Spitts was kind enough to sponsor me for this event. This company has been really good to me. Gulf Janitor Services, inc normally sponsors me for most of the cookoffs.

Pole dancing at a comp?
Only in Texas
Too Kewl !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks,

TIM

I'm moving to Texas, anyone have a job for me? Preferably a high paying, low hours required job so I have time and money for these "Pole dancing" comps. I know, go to my room.

Sorry moderators.

The green smoker in the photos is mine. Mop Buckets wife thought it was a generator and wanted to plug his rig into it. Maybe I should have let him. He beat us in 2 category's. The 2 briskets getting misted are mine also. We got a 9th in ribs and a final table in brisket and chicken.
