Chili-not gonna be in the TD

Started by taking out of the freezer some ingredients from these two 18" cooks, the second of which was actually done on 10/30. This means I am a dummy for looking at the last post date and not the starting post.

Everyone in the pot

At a slow simmer

Into a 4am ice bath to "steep" for a while

And the final product after a re-heat
