This was my first time smoking a chicken with a beer can. Man was it good and moist. Plus the beer was good too!

I used a bunch of stuff. Started with Olive Oil, then some Dizzy Dust, and a little Kosher Salt and Pepper. Cooked until I got an internal temp of 165.
 
Looks great. Just bought 2 stands on sale at Menards for $2 a piece. Hoping to maybe do a couple real soon.
 
Looks good! Next try plugging the neck hole with something suppose to keep the chicken more moist. I have used a apple, orange, onion or potatoe before they all worked good.
