Looks great but just how do you bite into something that thick:confused:

And is that a "real" glass of wine or one of those props they use in model homes? Always seems to be at the same level:-D
 
Dang Ross, you're making me hungry again. I cooked my last frozen, vacusucked brisket burger last night. I didn't get to fire up the egg. I got home at 9:30 and through it in a frying pan. Didn't even have a bun, just toasted white bread. Just a plain 'ol redneck white trash burger. It was good, but yours looks much better.
