I'm not a fan of Royal Oak. I've never used Wicked Good or Rancher. It comes down to availability and consistency. I can always find Kingsford and I know how it cooks.
 
Royal Oak Lump for availability, consistency, affordability and good experience with it...

Wicked Good Lump, when I can get it for comps and overnights because of the monster lumps that burn forever.....

I prefer lump to briquettes because it is easier to light, burns cleaner and leaves less ash...

I tried others and was not impressed...

Wicked Good.

Due to it's density, Weekend Warrior lump burns longer than most briquettes.

That bag of Stubbs is 9 lbs.

Same size bag of WGC is 11 lbs. and the big bags are 22 lbs.
