Hello!

So i found a local BBQ shop that sells cedar and maple wraps that are just perfect for grilling salmon. I was all excited and decided to invite some good friends over to try my new creations.

Atlantic Salmon (fresh and local) seasoned with honey, S&P a little cayenne pepper and lemon zest.

Rosemary roasted potatoes.

Carrots in a honey butter glaze and asparagus.

I cooked the salmon at 350 for just over 15 minutes. you could smell a slight cedar smoke coming out of the grill. The wraps helped keep the salmon together and added a nice light cedar flavor.

The one thing i want to try next is pork belly. Anyone have tips for a first timer?
