I love salmon on cedar planks, used to do them all the time on my gasser, since I gave it up to the kids have not done any. Nice work BTW.
 
Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I'm new to smoking fish. Are you smoking the salmon or just baking/roasting it? And what is your fish covered with, if it's not a secret recipe.

Cooking for the most part, but the plank does smoke and char.... First time for this way of cooking and will do again!
