Camping Pastrami

First "camping" trip of the year. Brought a corned beef to cook up. Pretty much bring excess food to grill/smoke and then makes dinners easy the next week with using the leftover cooked meat.

Pastrami is for dinner and might do hot dogs on Hawaiian rolls for lunch as I don't have any hot dog buns for some reason......

I actually wasn't sure until you asked :becky:. Looks like it's a riff on Portuguese sweet bread and Hawaii had a big Portuguese american population.....so says Wikipedia.

Stone Mountain, I've spent so much time there in the past, but haven't been there in years. Eating like that, you will definitely not be roughing it.
