I just purchased the Camp Chef four burner griddle. The griddle top rocks telling me the griddle top is slightly warped. There are two adjustable screws on one side of the plate where I can screw one side out to stop the rocking. Would it be asking too much for a perfectly flat griddle top or is this normal for all Camp Chef griddle tops to rock? What is the purpose for those two screws on the end of the plate. Thanks for any and all opinions.
