Black pepper pasta. I took it one step further and made the pasta dough with fresh cracked black pepper. Turned out very well.

Get 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper, 1 Tsp Salt into mixer.

Add 2 cups of flour and 4 Tbsp of water.

If a little dry add about a tsp of olive oil.

Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap for an hour.

Get out your pasta roller and go to town.

Then get some salted water boiling and a frying pan with olive oil and fresh cracked black pepper.

Once the pasta is cooked, scoop it into the frying pan and toss about.

We visited the Tillamook factory this past weekend and picked up a package of black pepper cheese. Grated some of that with asiago cheese.

Toss it into the frying pan and mix until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy.

It was very good and we're looking forward to using the dried pasta down the road.

The rest of the pasta went onto a cookie sheet for drying. First time trying that so not sure how well it will work.

Thanks for looking

Awesome looking - I bet it was tasty! Our local Italian place puts their fresh pasta into a plastic bag into the fridge - not sure how long that lasts.

Actually very easy. Not much gets left behind but flour. You are not supposed to submerge the roller or cutter in water, just use the brush to wipe away any residual.

I have one I have never used...now I am inspired..and the pepper pasta looks/sounds awesome!
