Brisket on the Laredo, and ribs

Haven't done brisket in a while. Found a 24lb on sale a month ago so will smoke that up today for family in town. Couple racks of ribs later too.

Not sure exactly how much, but I do grind it down so it's not as chunky. Just a nice dusting.
