Yep those look perfect! Ive been seeing a lot of duck fat usage going on lately. Do you like the results? Is there any flavor gained, or texture?
 
I don’t think DFS added anything to the final product, just used it as a way to adhere the rub and get it to set faster...seemed like a better candidate than a plant based oil to put on my hunk o meat :thumb:
