Brisket and Ribs Pron

I FINALLY got around to smoking my first briskie. Thanks to all the info I get from this site and help from fellow brethren Big Matt it came out great. Smoked at 325ish for almost 8 hours. I pulled it at 185 internal when it felt like butter. Came out super moist and flavorful. Can't wait to smoke another!

I injected and rubbed the night before. Rub was a simple dusting of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin.

Foiled after 3 hours when the bark was looking scrumptious. Thanks to Landarc and his wine geek talk I have drank waaayyy too much wine tonite.
