Put 2 Boston Butts on the Egg at 230 around midnight

Got up at 6:30 and the Egg was at 224 and not butts were around 146. Turned up the heat th 260

They are 9-10lbs Got them from my butcher A little pricey but always good and fresh

Both Butts off @ 201 and 199. Vented for 10 min and then recovered for a rest


Then3 naked fatties. 2 plain and will freeze for future use for a double batch of Wampus bake beans and one with Simplly Marbelous Sweet and Spicy for me
