BBQed on the green egg. Started at 2:30 pm and ready for dinner by 6:45 pm. Rubbed then cooked at 225 to 250f (indirect heat) until internal temp of 130f. Took off, wrapped in foil, and set aside. Opened the vents and fanned the coals a bit to get the temp the 500f. Unwrapped the beef and put back on the egg over indirect heat at 500f. Let that cook for about 20 minutes or until done. I was happy with an internal temp of 155f.
