Brother, that looks fantastic!
We're about to sit down to some delicious Greek food, but now I'm leaning towards what you whipped up and devoured. Love the idea of that red currant sauce to go with... YUM!

That looks great, I was in costco yesterday and they didn't say a dang thing to me :-D but I'm going back to double check.

Nice! Ok, saw that at Costco but paused because it was "enhanced". However, think it is primarily just kosher salt so basically a brine. Going to head out and grab one and give this a shot.

Forgot to mention to add 10 lit coals at the same time the roast is rotated.
