Game 3 tonight at 7pm. Got to feed the crew while we watch the game.

Thawed some full spares I had in the deep freeze. Found an eye of round too. Some AbTs and a fatty for later.

Ribs were really well marbled. With Oakridge Dominator. Beef with BPS Peppered Cow. The beef was still frozen in the center when I put it on.

Beef pulled at 135ish. Foiled, rested, now in the fridge for slicing later.

Fatty almost done. Ribs moved to the top so the raw bacon from the poppers doesn’t drip on the ribs this late in the cook.

Well it’s looking pretty good at your place too. How them Korean ribs coming?

Soon. Munchkin just up from her nap. CINCHOUSE up from hers soon.

Next comes the spicy Korean slaw. Then we dodge a few thunderstorms and cook up those ribs.

That fatty and those ABTs are calling my name right now...
