Daggone PC I was trying to get DP to request next to the Famous Sulphur Springs, but who know that might help the taste of his food :confused::shock:

Crab Legs
Salmon
Tuna
Shrimp

I just spoke to Chef Paul. We will ensure that all BBQ teams are well taken care of on Friday night for the Seafood Buffet. My juices are flowing!!
 
Just a question... will other food be avalible for those with seafood allergies? LOL

The seafood buffet also has Steak, Prime Rib, Fried Chix, and a few other non seafood items.

IF you walk away from that buffet hungry, you are wearing blinders and nose clips. :laugh:

I should know,,,I have tried to eat all of it numerous times.

I Recieved a Email from several Cooks Friday afternoon stating they heard French Lick Didn't have a Signed Proclamation,, I CAN ASSURE YOU, THEY HAVE A CURRENT PROCLAMATION SIGNED BY GOV. MITCH DANIELS.

We have met with Facilities Mgmt and do have plans for cold water walk thru misters just in case it is hot. Hopefully we won't need them. Personally I think we need to put a dumptruck load of ice in the BIG pool they have for their guests. That should take care of any overheatings.

While I'm on the subject of guests,,,,I am trying to get an idea of how many rooms to block out for the contestants ?? The more rooms we need, the better the discount gang. Remember that cool pool,,,it's gonna be good come saturday night. :thumb:
