Babbling Farker
Found a nice small-med CAB brisket, trimmed a bit and covered w/ Oakridge Black Ops (if you haven't tried this one, you're missing out...). Look like this:
Off the smoker the flat and ends, plus some bonus bologna, looked like this:
Sliced she looked like this, maybe a little overcooked:
We really enjoyed it, especially the burnt ends. Black Ops makes fantastic bark IMHO. Added some Shiner, potatoe salad and beans also... didn't hurt the meal any.
Lunch tacos the next day weren't too bad either:
