Biscuits

Try the recipe I posted, I went from hockey pucks to good biscuits and I've tried all kinds of recipes before this one.

Made them last night with some Nashville hot chicken strips. Came out pretty good.
But not a chance he got 12 biscuits out of that recipe.

One question for those who make biscuits.
Why are biscuit cutters round?
Any harm in cutting them square so as not to waste dough?

That is a good way to do it! Then there is no extra working the dough and making them tougher. No breakfast food law yet that says you have to eat a round biscuit :crazy:. Just look at those British people with their triangular biscuits....:heh:
