[FONT="]How do you go about making make a Big! Sandwich? You start with making a Big Sandwich Roll.[/FONT]

I have a number of Big Ribeye Steaks so I thawed one out. Here are the ingredients for the rub.[/FONT]

[FONT="] Placed it on my CI Weber searing grate for 5 minutes per side.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]Over to the indirect side as I waited for the IT to come up to temp.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]I then toasted the sandwich roll.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]I sliced up my Ribeye.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]Spread on some Chipotle Mayo, [/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]some Jalapeño Pepper Jack slices and some red onion. [/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]I made up some Blue Cheese Herb spread. [/FONT][FONT="][FONT="](With butter, Thyme, Garlic and cracked black pepper)[/FONT] [/FONT]

[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]I put the steak on and placed it under a hot broiler for 90 seconds to melt the cheese and reheat the meat.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]I then spread on the Blue Cheese mixture. [/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]Then pickle slices,[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]tomato slices,[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]and lettuce and the lid.[/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]Here are the Plated shots with a Modern Times Lomaland Belgian-style ale.[/FONT]
