Doing a build this weekend and wondering how hard this is. Anything special I need to know? Any pics to help?
 
Hardest part will be making the hole, which shouldn't be hard at all with a recip saw.
 
So it fits pretty flush? No need for silicone or anything? As for the hole I think I'm going to do circles with a step bit.
 
Are you going to build the vent or buy one premade? If so, where are you going to get it? I'm looking for something to mod my offset. I think a BGE vent would fit.
 
Is maintaining temps pretty easy? I cook between 225 and 350 depending on the protein.
