Monday I put the trophies in the Bone Shack and cash the checks!

Same here but I must say Butchers has gotten us 3 firsts in brisket this year..We are the only team in California with more than 1 first place in brisket..and we are a rookie team!..can you tell were proud?

Holy moly! OK - I'm trying Butchers for my brisket. Way to go! That's one outstanding accomplishment!

For Butchers, the first few times we tried it we were mixing it and then injecting it. We weren't impressed with
the results, frankly. THEN was when we read to mix it the day before injecting it. WOW at the difference!!!!
