Could get a Maverick et-733 and a thermoworks thermopop for 100 for great temp control.

$100 of rub from Oakridge or BPS will go a long way

A new Weber kettle in red from true value counts as an accessory right?

When I first joined two topics were really big. Thermapen and tamale pot mini WSM’s.

Cookers have come and gone. The Tamale Pot WSM is in the Shed but I use the Thermapen almost every cook.

Thermapen- Black-

I bought an AMAZEN tube for my pellet grill to make it have a little more smoke flavor. I have been happy with it so far. Also got a Thermopro wireless....only used it once but it kept me from having to run back and forth to the wired probe.

I think it was around $40 to $50 for each

Since you didn't specify what you are cooking on, I'd go for,
A paid membership here,

A ThermoPop, almost as fast as a Thermapen,

A timer that is good for both very short and longer periods. Using a clock or watch wastes a lot of time.
Any money left could go for some locking tongs of a length useful to you. These are nice.

And beer.

Multiple Weber chimney starters. I like to fill up 2 of them halfway versus 1 full one. Allows for better air flow, resulting in faster startup and less nasty offgassing of the charcoal
