Hello everyone it's been a while since I posted here but I've been trolling here every week. Between work and baseball it's been hectic But I finally got some time to fire up the smoker.

Gonna try some beef ribs, pork ribs and a butt. Got some whistle berries on the stove. Never done beef ribs so I'll see how bad I screw them up. Gonna treat them like brisket.
Mesquite wood is the fire. Paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic is the seasoning. Gonna keep it simple.

Here's a pic of the rig. It was trying to rain earlier. No worries. Insulated fire box never misses a beat.
