Beef Short Ribs

Found 4 nice beef short ribs 40% off in the Yellow Tag bin. Well today we ate them. Smoked then Crockpot. Made a decent meal
Roasted brussels, carrots and the Steak & Ale sauteed mushrooms

When we were a young married couple we would save our money and eat at Steak And Ale at least once per month. We didn't have a credit card so paid cash. Whatever we ordered we always got a side dish of their sauteed mushrooms. There are quite a few recipes online claiming the OG Recipe as the same, and I think really close.
Stock, Butter, Good Red Wine, Onions and garlic salt. Button white or portobello and reduce.
