Chili beans with two shots of Tequila. One shot for the pot one shot for the cook per cowgirl
1.27# chili grind beef
0.5# ground prime rib
Half cup Beef Cheek Jam
Carton tomato sauce
Teaspoon of salt
Three tablespoon Fiesta Light Chile Powder
Just under half can of red kidney beans(frozen leftovers swag)
Water as needed (usually beer but decided to drink and cook)
All was yellow tag bargain bin beef so needed to cook. Three prime rib patties remain, so chargrilling green chile cheeseburgers later today.
Need to urban hike some of this off before eating
