Thanks everyone! Beef ribs are my favorite. So rich and juicy and primal lol.
Take your fat trimmings (hard and soft...don't matter) and slowly melt them in a skillet. Not too hot too fast or it will smoke and give a burnt taste. I use a wooden spoonula to smash and press the love out of the fat chunks.
Let it cool and brush the beef love on as a slather or you can just baste with it.
