Still breaking in my new weber I 'had' to buy for vacation. Threw some monster beef ribs on the 22" weber with hickory and cherry. Used some seasoning a couple of guys sent me in the mail :thumb: You know me.......beef-love basted. It will save the world! Little light fruity beer...
