Beef ribs on the YS640

I had a package of beef ribs in the freezer from walmart for a while, so I decided to thaw them out and throw them on the YS640 today. I was running lumberjack Hickory pellets and rubbed with just salt and pepper. I decided that wrap after 5 or so hours. Turned out pretty well. Good flavor and tender
