1) Maverick 733 - Because my smoker is near the house I can be inside during rain or snow or hot. - Thermapen is a must for chicken and I like to use it for Grilling application, smoking doesn't need that level of accuracy.
2) Weber cubes. - though switching to a weed burner does sound a lot faster (plus I can use it for weeds)
3) The Fiance/Girl Friend/Wife.
The rest is all specialty tools for chicken to me. (Chicken is like 90% of my special gear.)
