Yep. That pineapple chutney/salsa/whatever it was was some gooooood stuff. Redhot sort of said "well what if I do this..." and away she went. Sure hope she remembers the proportions!

The First Summer Dish... All Plated Up. Pulled Pork Picnic, Drizzled with Big N8's Smoking Pot Habanero Sauce, Delightful Baked Tater Tots seasoned with Hawaiian Sea Salt, (Thanks to Keale), Drizzled with some fine Tomato Catsup, a serving of Amish Sweet Slaw, and finally, a few slices of Bread and Butter Pickles.

To me, summertime means mangoes! I love mangoes:-D. We have a Haden, Tommy Atkins, and a San Philippe. To me the Haden is the prize. So what goes with mangoes(besides lips)...beef:thumb: A steak and mango salad.

Marinated a top round with plain old Good Seasons Italian, with some Worcestershire, a bit of Jaccard and grilled rare
