Thanks Richard! I used hake filets. The batter was basically MSU with flour, corn starch, two eggs, a bottle of beer, Oakridge chile lime, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika. I believe that was it. I just used stuff from the spice cabinet at the cabin. Whisked together, dipped the filets into the wash, let the excess drip and fried it. No flower dredge, nothing. I kind went tempura style.

Damn Sako! looks fantastic.

I am about to embark on a chicken and steak fajita project for the weekend. Homemade beef tallow tortillas, salsa, etc.
