My UDS is at my shop, so sunday was spent surfing, eating, nappin and generally being lazy....:D was a good day. will be nice to cook with it while Im in a kitchen for once tho, lol.

salt, pepper, dry mustard, shallots, garlic & 'shrooms and something cabbagey...I dunno wtf it is. Dad bought it for our lunch on friday...was in the fridge so Ill eat it.




looks like tripe...crunchy and tastes aight...so chopped it up.

tomato from ma's garden, healthy slathering of sriracha.





I was happy with it...tasted... earthy. :| Beats mcdonalds anyways. Ribs were spicy!
 
Good eats right there. I think that was Napa Cabbage. Not sure tho.
 
That is Napa Cabbage (also know as Chinese Cabbage).

Nice, creative idea you had. Looks good.
