Bacon, Garlic, Pepperjack Pull Bread

Again..... Sorry.. lol

Fried the bacon til crisp...

added butter, scallions and garlic to the bacon drippin's..

scored a loaf of garlic bread...didn't cut all the way through..

drizzled the scallion, garlic, butter, bacon drippings into the cuts...

then the pepperjack cheese...

and mozzarella...

into the drum with a bit of hickory...

smoked covered til heated through, then removed the foil to crisp the bread..

That's it. Supper was ready.

Bacon, garlic, scallion, pepperjack pull bread and a cold beer to wash it down.

This time, I let the bread crisp up a bit longer than usual ....got side tracked.... but I liked it!
