I like that idea,in warmer weather i often cook bacon and sausage patties for breakfast meals. Got to try the bowls. Wonder if thick slice works better?

Somehow it calls to my mind the chicken fried bacon we covered not too long ago.... gotta' love that bacon!

There's a gin mill in downtown Buffalo called the Century Grill. Its a pretty cool place, and used to be the old Grange. Don't get me started on the draft beer.... On Saturday, its bacon day, which is exactly what they serve on the bar. Yum.

Went there last Sat night with the wife and fellow teammates. Kevin and I had something they call the Century Burger. Fresh ground beef pattie, topped with a fried bologna steak, then topped with cheddar, provolone, and american cheese. Double Yum.

You gotta love pork fat.
