Fwismoker I was really impressed with that massive cook you did for the block party. I plan to do the cooking for mine next year. I need a little more experience but smoked a fine pork butt for this years block party.

I sure am thankful that SmittyJonz posted his stable of cookers. Now when the wife says "don't you have enough cookers?", I can't point to this post as proof that I don't have the "JOMS" (just one more syndrome) as bad as some do - Thanks Brother :thumb:
