Back in the Game!

I bought a WSM a while back and had been using a low end gas grill. Two winters ago I put the WSM in storage and hadn't brought it back out for a while.

I recently moved, so I got a better grill (Weber grill craigslsit score!) and I got the WSM back out of storage, I did the first smoke on it yesterday in amost 2 years.

Just some pics of a few things I have made on the grill and smoker since getting back into it.

congratulations on coming back! i dont think i could go 2 years without smoking anything, let alone 2 days haha. luckily my wife enjoys the food i make too much to let me. setup looks great!

That Weber gasser is cool! And of course you can't go wrong with a WSM. That food looks Great!
