Time for the sauce. And I don't mean the ribs. Been a nice day to run the smoker. Can't wait for the short ribs to be done. I'm getting hungry.

You made me laugh! My kids are in their 30's, and Thanksgiving cooking belongs to my wife and them. So I was up at 5 AM, making coffee and getting things started so everyone else could just jump right in on their prep.
