About 4hrs at 275. I overcooked a bit since I was busy working out but they still turned out pretty good





We usually get STL style and these were meatier than we're used to. Still, the wife ate 5-6 bones :hungry: The M1 performed like a champ, was able to maintain temps adding 1-2 apple splits every hour or so. Love it :thumb:

Yep I haven't used it for grilling since I have my hasty bake and Weber 26 for that. I'm finding the M1 to be easy to use so I can do one rack on a weekday no problem :thumb:
