ABTs of course. Sliced smoked sausage, stuffed mushrooms, mini pulled pork sandwiches, a single rib. The possibilities are endless. Think BBQ, then think bite sized.

Going to some wild boar roast, brisket, chicken.
And what ever else somone brings. A Bunch of us getting together next weekend. We hope to go snowmobiling. but i think we will eat more than we ride. not any snow here in vermont
 
Slice turkey breast into strips & marinade in italian dressing with worchestershire. Roll strips, wrap with bacon, and pierce with a toothpick. Grill and serve.

They don't last long. I've probably made 5000 of those.
 
Try this: Italian Egg roll

Slice eggplant the long ways, salt for 1/2hour to remove liquid.
Grill for a minute or so on each side, just long enough to be plyable
remove and add priscioutto, basil leaves and fresh Mozzerela.
Jelly roll up, secure with a toothpic and grill til cheese melts.

you could also add sundried tomatoes.

I add a reduced balsamic glaze at serving time
